2 cups cooked crab meat
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon minced roasted jalapeño pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or Spike
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
salt to taste
red pepper, green pepper, capers, olives, pickles, cilantro, parsley, hard-boiled egg, etc.
Put all the ingredients except avocados into a large bowl and mix gently.
Taste and adjust flavors.
Spoon into avocado halves.
